Solutions Engineer

What you’ll work on

XTrace is a memory layer for AI agents.

We’re not just building a product.
We’re building infrastructure other people build on top of.

You’ll work with users, teams, and developers to make that actually work in the real world.

What you’ll do

• Help customers integrate XTrace into their workflows and systems

• Build demos, prototypes, and reference implementations

• Translate product capabilities into real use cases

• Debug issues across APIs, auth, and data flows

• Work closely with product and engineering to close gaps

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical foundation (APIs, auth, web apps)

• You can go from vague problem → working solution

• Comfortable talking to both engineers and non-technical users

• You’re hands-on — you actually build, not just advise

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI/LLM workflows

• Familiar with tools like Auth0, Supabase, or similar stacks

• Experience in early-stage startups

What makes this role different

• You’ll be working on problems that don’t have standard solutions yet

• You’ll influence product direction directly through what you build

• You’ll see how different teams are actually using AI (and where it breaks)
